Church Camp To Desaru

Church Camp to Desaru:
It was 13th June 2009, 9.30am. We departed from Tradehub 21, heading towards Pulai Resort @ Desaru, Malaysia. We were caught in a jam a few times on the way there! We finally arrived at the hotel @ 13th June 2009, 2.30pm..Amazing, eh? 5-hours from Singapore to Malaysia coach ride...My legs were so numb, I couldn't walk properly for the next 30mins or so. After our late lunch, it was free and easy till 6pm, the time for dinner xD, and as all hotels do, meals were provided Buffet-style, and free flow. After our sumptuous dinner feast, we headed to the "Hibiscus Rooms" for the sermon. (Really boring..Pastor's preaching were deep...Asleep 90% of the time) After 2½ hours of deep and boring preaching, the sermon was over and it was 9.30pm and after another ½ hour of fellowship, we proceeded back to the hotel rooms for our night's rest. (Wasn't used to sleeping on the hotel's bed..But still fell asleep cozily on the bed, the other side around, legs on pillow and head where the leg is supposed to be..LOL) Well, then on 14th June 2009, it was breakfast... sermon... teabreak... sermon... lunch...Free & Easy (Amazing "Grace, Church Version of "Amazing Race")*¹ ... Dinner... Sermon... And finally,sleep. Then, 15th June 2009, it was breakfast... sermon... teabreak... sermon... lunch... Free & Easy (Fruit Farm Visit)*¹(Swimming)*²... Dinner... Sermon...And...FELLOWSHIP WITH COUSINS!!!!... Now, sleep. (Mostly same as 14th June, except for fellowship and free & easy activities..) Finally , the last day of the camp...16th June 2009. Breakfast... Fellowship,Worship... Lunch... Camp Group photo... Departure!!
Thats about it for my church camp..It went better than expected! xD
*¹ Activities encouraged and provided for the period.. *² Swimming was just a last-minute decision.. Went w/ sis, and 2 cousins...one of my cousins was "learning" how to "swim"
